The Sandhills Regional Chicken Project is now open for registration! This project involves raising chicks, completing a poultry record book, and competing in a regional chicken show in May to show off all of your hard work. This year, participants have the option between Easter Eggers, Cuckoo Marans, and Broilers. The entry deadline for hen chicks is January 8th and the deadline for entry for broiler chicks is February 9th. For more information or questions, contact the N.C.
