- Photograph must be taken by exhibitor within the last 12 months
- Photo size 5x7 image in 8x10 frame or 8x10 image in 11x14 frame (Oriented Portrait or Landscape)
- Photograph must be Mounted and Framed

- Open to All Ages
- Must be in standard quart, pint, or half pint canning jars, including ring with two piece lid jars.
- Must be processed according to the recognized safe methods found in the current editions of the USDA Complete Guide to Home Canning or the Ball Blue Book.
- All jars must be labeled with content, processing method, processing time, & processing date.

- Show will take place on Friday, August 25 as part of the Agricultural Fair

Rules & Guidelines
- Must be a Montgomery County Resident Open to ALL Ages
- Must follow category specifications as stated above or risk disqualification.
- Entries must be submitted between 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 24, 2023 at the Agricultural Center (200 Glenn Road, Troy)
- Entries will be judged by community sourced judges on Friday, August 25th and items must remain on Display until Noon on Saturday, August 26th.
- Pickup of items will be from Noon–5:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 26th.
- Items not collected by 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 26th will be disposed of.
Awards & Prizes
Each Category will have a 1st-3rd place ribbon awarded by age divisionAll Cloverbuds will receive a Participation RibbonAge Divisions
Cloverbuds (Ages 5-8) Junior (Ages 9-13) Senior (Ages 14-18) Adult (19+)All YOUTH participants will receive 4-H Scholarship Dollars, 1st-$20, 2nd-$15, 3rd-$10 to be used for future 4-H Activities or Camp!
A $20 Premium will be awarded to "Biggest Categories" winners for Watermelon, Tomato, & Squash/Gourd
