Team Building & Leadership

Listen & Learn: Building to Communicate

In this fun workshop, participants work in teams to effectively communicate collaboratively to work towards a common goal. Hands-On, team building with communication focus. Can be competitive. 30 mins  – 2 hours as requested.

Get Outside

Perfect for an outside day of activities for your group to get to know each other and get some fresh air. Includes nature scavenger hunt, mindfulness strategies and get to know you games. 30 mins – 2 hours as requested.

What I Do Best?

Identify what each team members are bringing to the table and what each does best. Work through fun hands-on activities to share discussions on learning styles, strengths and identities. The perfect way to get to know your team on a personal and professional level. 15 -30 mins

Leading with Legos

Build connections with your teams and learn what “fills their cup”. Work through fun hands-on activities to share discussions on values. 15- 30 mins

A Picture’s Worth

Connect with your team to talk about what “speaks” to them and what central themes resonate with them. Build valuable connections through hands-on activities to bring understanding to motivations and how teammates think and evaluate situations. 15 -30 mins

Icebreakers and Get to Know You Games

Perfect for a new group coming together for the first time or the long standing group that only knows the surface. These fun, fast paced games get participants up and moving and learn more about each other. Will be custom tailored to your groups needs and accommodations. 30 mins.

Problem Solving through Teamwork

Learn to work together to solve problems, share each others story and build communication skills through fun activities. These short, fun team building exercises can be experienced over and over again with different outcomes. Multiple activity options are available for developing your team. Can be modified to fill any time accommodations. 

Content Specific

If your group wants to do a nutrition class or learn more about horticulture, agriculture or anything 4-H Youth development, our program staff is happy to work with you to make a special content program just for you.

Facilitation

Staff Development

Ditch the Downtime: Tips & Tricks for Transitions in Programming

Learn and implement fun ways to help participants transition in your programming. Appropriate for adult or youth programming. 2 hours.

Ages & Stages

Growing up is hard and research can help us understand why. Participants will learn about the basic generalizations of age categories from birth to teens. These are helpful as a parent or those who work with age groups to reflect and understand how to relate to those age groups.

Big Picture Planning to help Tackle the Small Stuff

There is always so much to do. How do you keep on track. Using an annual perpetual calendar might be just the thing. Participants will learn how to break their to-do lists into small repeatable steps to be more efficient and effective. Perfect for establishing autonomy within groups, processes, and communications.

We are able to pick and choose, modify and combine programs as needed. We can even customize one just for you.
