Maintain, Don’t Gain This Holiday Season

This holiday season, the only thing that should be “stuffed” is the turkey. Many Americans gain between 1 and 5 pounds each holiday season. While it might not sound like much, most people never manage to lose those extra pounds. You are invited to join the 13th annual Eat Smart, Move More, Main, don’t gain! Holiday Challenge. Rather than focusing on trying to lose weight, this FREE seven-week challenge provides you with the strategies and resources to help maintain your weight throughout the holiday season.

The Holiday Challenge is a fun way to help avoid weight gain. Everyone can participate – whether they are looking to lose a few pounds, maintain their current weight, or pick up new strategies to eat smart and to move more.

During th seven-week program, participants will receive weekly newsletters and daily tips that contains practical tips, strategies, recipes and other information to help successfully navigate their way through the holiday season. Participants also receive weekly challenges, healthy holiday recipes, and extra support through social media.
