N.C. A&T State University Cooperative Extension is hosting it’s annual Grassroots Leadership Conference on Wednesday, October 17, 2018, from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. in the Alumni-Foundation Events Center on campus in Greensboro, NC.

The Grassroots Leadership Conference is an annual forum that brings together a diverse group of stakeholders to discuss real issues that impact local citizens, to provide participants with an opportunity to engage in dialogue, and to learn more about identified issues.

Dynamic speakers, interactive workshops, and networking opportunities will be offered. Some of the workshop sessions include:

  • How to turn community aspirations into actions
  • How to invest in your community
  • How to build effective coalitions and partnerships

This event is FREE and open to the public.
